When an issue arises, by accessing our store, placing an order, or contacting us, a visitor agrees to these terms and the policies made available with them.

Acceptable use and product information

To help us review a request, the site must be used lawfully and may not be attacked, disrupted, scraped abusively, or used for fraud or unauthorized access.

As a practical rule, we work to keep product information accurate, but packaging, color, measurements, and screen presentation can vary reasonably from photographs or descriptions.

Orders, prices, and delivery

For reference, an order is an offer to purchase. It may be refused, limited, or canceled because of stock, payment, address, fraud, pricing or content error, or a policy issue.

For clarity, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment authorization are shown or calculated during checkout. Delivery estimates and carrier events remain subject to the Shipping Policy and circumstances outside our control.

Refunds, rights, and changes

In normal circumstances, refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy. Text, graphics, product materials, and site features may not be copied or exploited in violation of intellectual-property rights.

When an issue arises, liability is limited only to the extent allowed by law, and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect. These terms may be adjusted when operations, services, or legal duties change.
