Information to include

To help us review a request, order questions should include the order number and checkout email. Delivery questions should also include the tracking number when one has been issued.

As a practical rule, product concerns are easier to assess when clear photographs or video are provided. A privacy request should identify the specific access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or opt-out right being requested.

Response timing
