What can I shop for?

When is shipping free?

Free shipping applies only when the checkout page shows it for the selected order and destination.

What delivery timing should I expect?

Preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in carrier transit; those periods are not guarantees.

Are ordinary returns and exchanges accepted?

Yes. Both defective and non-defective products may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 30 days after delivery for a mail return when you change your mind, prefer something else, or selected the wrong product.

What condition must an ordinary return meet?

It must be new, unused, and in original condition with its packaging, tags, and included accessories. The free return label is supplied in the package, and no restocking fee applies; wait for authorization before mailing it.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, defects, wrong items, or missing parts, photos or video of the product and parcel may be requested.

When will a refund be handled?

After approval, it is processed within 10 days to the original payment method. Exchanges remain subject to available inventory.
